DPM Group and its partner Ringstate from Aalsmeer have purchased, on behalf of M7 Real Estate Investments, the Shopping Centre Leyweg 595, 657 and 940 in The Hague.
The Shopping Centre Leyweg has a lettable floor space of ca 5.228 sq.mtrs, divided over 35 stores. The total Rent and Estimated Rental Value (ERV) amounts up to 1.5 mio per year.
