In cooperation with Ringstate B.V., DPM Group took care of the purchase of the Spring/Lips Portfolio. This portfolio is mainly located in the south of The Netherlands, completed with a part of retail which was financed by the HSH Nordbank in the past.
The portfolio has an actual current rental income of € 7.9 million and the vacant space has an estimated rental value of € 4 million per annum.
