In 2007 we purchased the so-called Bankhaus Wölbern Portfolio for a group of English private investors. This portfolio consists of 72 office buildings, all over Holland, with a purchase price of approx. € 1.21 billion. A total of 580.000 m² office space and 210 tenants, of which 60% are A1 international companies and governmental agencies.
This transaction was the largest single real estate transaction carried out in The Netherlands.
