Mijnweg, Geleen – June 2020

For one of our clients from the south, DPM Group purchased the office building at Mijnweg 3 in Geleen in a Sale and Leaseback transaction.
This office is a large 4,200 m2 net luxury office, completely renovated and insulated to the latest standards, as well as 216 parking spaces on site.
The building has been leased back for 15 years by the IIC Group B.V., as well as several of its subsidiaries from the Healthcare and Well Being sector. The rent is Euro 550,000 per year, all Triple net indexed for 15 years and the purchase price was approximately Euro 6,500,000.
DPM represented the buyer and the seller was advised by Globalvestment Capital Partners Corp. from the USA.
