Koningshof Amsterdam portfolio
Office building de Koningshof te Amsterdam was sold on behalf of a private investor for € 25,5 million to TMW Benelux.
Zwolle Real Estate portfolio
Sold for a private investor for approximately € 21 million, and consisting of eight business premises, in and nearby Zwolle region.
Swiss Life portfolio Brussels
Acquired on behalf of a private investor. Swiss Life Belgium a portfolio consisting of ten office premises in Brussels. Total value approximately € 60 million.
Siemens portfolio Germany
Sold for private investors to a British Trust a portfolio of five business premises in Bayreuth, Bielefeld, Saarbrücken and Paderborn in Germany. Total value approximately € 75 million.
Prado portfolio Germany
A portfolio in Germany was purchased from a group German private investors, amongst others the head office of Talkline in Hamburg (Elmshorn) and the Arabella Sheraton Hotel, Munich Airport. Furthermore two shopping centres in Gifhorn (Hamburg) and Hanover. This transaction with a value of approx. € 50 million was acquired by taking over the shares by a group foreign private investors.
ATAG / Etna portfolio Duiven
Sold on behalf of a private investor to Aberdeen Property
Consultants for approximately € 8,1 million.
Apartment portfolio Germany 2019
For a German private investor, we bought a portfolio of approximately 1,900 apartments and non-land-bound houses, mainly in small towns in the East of Germany.
The seller is a German Real Estate Group, which has only partially renovated the portfolio. Photo is for illustration only. The purchase price was Euro 57.6 million. This is based on a yield of 8.53% NN and an average purchase price of approximately Euro 30,000 per unit. Jointly acting with Arlington from London, UK.
Technolution portfolio Gouda 2020
For a private investment company from the East of the Netherlands, we purchased the Technolution head office in Gouda in a Sale and Lease Back transaction.
This office building of approx. 5,700 m2 LFA and 90 parking spaces, as well as an extension of approx. 2,500 m2 LFA and 30 pp to be realized at Burgemeester Jamessingel 1 in Gouda, has been leased in its entirety to Technolution B.V. The rent for the total, amounts to approximately Euro 1,360,000 per year and the total purchase price and extension to approximately Euro 18.9 million.
DPMGroup represented the buyer collegially with ReNew-RE from Rotterdam. The seller was advised by MVGM.
